What does a typical engagement look like?
Depends on the C4E being subscribed to. ServiceNow C4E comes with a very unique engagement model, largely because every ServiceNow instance is also unique due to the level of customization and configuration as well as the disposition of the ServiceNow Operating Model. A Business Enablement engagement within the Org Design C4E is scoped to a specific domain of improvement — whichever constraint is most urgent for your organization. It runs continuously on the Strategic Loop with a Catalyst Value Producer (VP), Contributing VPs as needed, the Strategic Advisor AI agent as orchestrator, and TVN Leadership as the approver at critical gates. No forced end date. Ongoing unless you want it bounded.
Who owns what we build together?
You do, largely because the Data substrate is already owned by the organization. The network learns across engagements through anonymized pattern extraction — your specifics never leak across engagements. Value Producers retain attribution on their unique contributions. Attribution is not ownership; provenance is.
