In the Complex domain, governing constraints (rigid KPIs, multi-layer approvals, fixed role descriptions) fail because causality is only obvious in hindsight. The Value Network replaces them with four enabling constraints that catalyze emergence while protecting metabolic health and human judgment authority:

Context Covenant
Consent-aware, Private-flag-respecting contribution of strategic intent and decision artifacts into a shared SurrealDB graph so the network remains coherent without collapsing individual sovereignty. A grant, not a dump. Two copies: the Producer’s portfolio and the Consumer’s twin. One copy only is feudalism in either direction. Agents — ours and theirs — are citizens of that graph. They present entitlement and consent to act. They are not the product. Export is documented. If leaving is theoretical, specialists will not write in, and the laboratory becomes the thing it was built to prevent.
