Seeing the fraction that cheapens is not the same as moving. Law 1 of strategy is Observe → Infer → Decide → Communicate → Act. The four questions below are a thought experiment. Nothing is typed here, and nothing is captured. The Node Profile already lives, authenticated, on The Value Network — the living surface of a portable judgment portfolio. Creating one is how you join.
The Network-First Manifesto is the operating philosophy: in a world where AI can replicate skills and knowledge, what sets you apart is the strength, diversity, and credibility of your relationships. Formal hierarchy still matters in chaos and urgency. Informal networks are how work actually moves. A Network-First Future of Work participant is a node in that graph, not a task on someone else’s chart.

Looking at this week’s actual work: what fraction would a capable AI agent already do well enough that a client or employer would accept it?
Choudary: AI is changing the value of tasks. This is coordination expanding, not a faster intern.

Now add humanoid robots — the floor, the warehouse, the clinic, the job site. Which remaining tasks still need a human body, and which only needed one because no machine had hands?
Muscle was the first general-purpose technology. Bodies are becoming copyable capital too.

A job was a bundle of five things: income, identity, community, purpose, structure. If the income job left first, which of the other four would you still have — and which would unbundle with the title?

As the trajectory runs toward artificial superintelligence: what would you still refuse to hand to an agent or a robot — not because it cannot attempt it, but because you will not let it collapse the call?
