Entropy does not care that you bought a model.

    Collapse a possible future into what actually happens. Look at the daily behaviors. That is the strategy.

Law 1 is the Information-Action Cycle. All strategy runs through it. Without a functioning cycle, strategy is hallucination — a plan chasing a world that no longer exists. Linear planning is not wrong. It is not strategy.

    Information enters. Search for signal. Over-observe is noise; under-observe is blindness. The signal is always from the past.

    Knowledge turns a signal into a forecast of what might happen next. Observe without inferring: overwhelmed. Infer without observing: deluded.

    Decide

    Collapse possible futures into a direction — often before all the data is in. Not every call at the top. The right actors, at the right level.

    Communicate

    Decisions become shared intent. Precision and brevity are safeguards against decay. Intent has to travel intact.

    The organism moves. Execution is live testing. Then observe again.

Any entity that cannot complete this cycle is not doing strategy. It is reacting. Without the cycle, strategy is hallucination.
